Terms and Conditions of Use for ASP HOSTING SERVICES
1. Renewal invoices are normally sent out by email 30 days before payment is due.
2. If you require a postal mailed copy of an emailed invoice there's a $30 charge per invoice.
3. Accounts are payable in advance, and you agree to pay all fees when they are due. If your account is 14 days or more overdue, it will be placed on hold and your service suspended until such time as all outstanding invoices have been paid.
4. Customer acknowledges that the service provided is of such a nature that service can be interrupted for many reasons other than the negligence of ASP HOSTING SERVICES and that damages resulting from any interruption of service are difficult to ascertain. Therefore, customer agrees that ASP HOSTING SERVICES shall not be liable for any damages arising from such causes beyond the direct and exclusive control of ASP HOSTING SERVICES. Customer further acknowledges that ASP HOSTING SERVICES liability for its own negligence may not in any event exceed an amount equivalent to charges payable by customer for services during the period damages occurred. In no event shall ASP HOSTING SERVICES be liable for any special or consequential damages, loss or injury.
5. Customer agrees to abide by our AUP (Acceptable Use Policy).
6. Violation of the terms and conditions of use will result in termination of your account.
